Click "Get Started" in the navigation bar and select your account type (Player, Coach, or Other). Fill out the required information and verify your email to get started.

Go to Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. You can view your current plan, see your next billing date, change plans, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features through the end of your current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued.
Yes. Some features of the platform are AI-powered and available to eligible subscribers. Usage of AI features is subject to the Terms of Service and the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. For questions about a specific feature, visit our Features page or contact us.
Go to Settings → Profile Type. You can switch between the six profile types (HS Player, College Player, Transfer Player, HS Coach, College Coach, Other) once every 72 hours. Switching to or from a paid type may involve a subscription change — for example, switching from College Player to HS Player requires starting a subscription. Your posts, followers, and messages are preserved through the switch.
Once logged in, go to your profile and look for the "Highlights" section. You can upload videos directly or link to your Hudl profile.
Yes, coaches can send you direct messages through the platform. You'll receive a notification when you have new messages.
If you're a college player, you can opt into the transfer portal database from the transfer portal tab on the left sidebar. This makes your profile visible to coaches who are actively recruiting transfers.
Go to Settings → Security in your dashboard and click "Delete Account." Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, posts, messages, and other platform data. Certain information may be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first through Settings → Subscription to avoid further charges.
Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a verification code to reset your password.
