- Subscription & Billing Information: Subscription tier and status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing period dates, and payment history. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details — those are handled directly by Stripeyour platform's payment processor (Apple on iOS).
- Support Communications: Emails, phone inquiries, and other correspondence you send to our support team.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our platform, we automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address and approximate location
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- Profile view history (which user profiles you viewed and when)
- Engagement data (posts, likes, comments, saves, shares, follows)

2.3 AI Feature Data
Our AI-powered features (available to eligible subscribers) generate additional data that we log for analytics, billing, security, and product improvement:
- Queries and inputs you submit to the AI

- Technical metadata such as timestamps, usage metrics, and session identifiers

- Allow eligible subscribers to discover and connect with other users, including through AI-powered features
- Process subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, and plan changes
- Surface anonymized or aggregated information about platform activity to other users where appropriate
- Rank feeds, search results, and suggested connections based on engagement and relevance
- Send you notifications about messages, follows, and platform activity
- Send important updates about your account, subscription, or our services

We do not train third-party AI models on your data, and we do not sell your personal information.

- With Other Users: Your profile information is visible to other users based on your privacy settings. Eligible subscribers can search for and view profiles, including through AI-powered search, and your profile may appear in those results.
- Anonymized or Aggregated Data: The platform may surface anonymized or aggregated information about user activity to other users as part of the Service. Such information is limited to what is described in our product interfaces and does not disclose identifying information about the originating user.
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including:
- Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting, authentication, file storage, and email delivery
- Payment processors — subscription billing and payment management. Payment processors receive billing information directly; we do not store full payment card details.
- AI service providers — used to process queries and generate outputs for our AI-powered features. We do not authorize these providers to train their models on your data.
- Optional integrations — such as linked highlight-video services, if you choose to connect them
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Data Retention

- Logs of reported abuse or ToS violations
Most other profile data, posts, messages, and uploaded media are removed when you delete your account.
